Bodyful - A Somatic Exploration is a slow, trauma-informed group journey into embodied awareness. Participants will learn to listen to sensation, emotion, and the felt sense with curiosity and compassion. The event is designed for those seeking slowness, presence, and connection in a supportive community setting. It will take place at Shoonya, Lal Bagh, Bengaluru, starting January 11th, 2026, and will run every Sunday from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
