About This Opportunity
Rishika Charitable Trust was founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic to support underprivileged families. It quickly expanded from distributing essential food supplies into a broad-based charitable organization focused on food (Anna), education (Akshara), health (Aarogya), and cultural preservation. The trust empowers communities through compassion and development programs including support to schools, orphanages, old age homes, and localities in need. It's for anyone who wants to contribute to the sustainable development and welfare of Bangalore and beyond.
What We Do
- Menstrual health awareness and sanitary product distribution (Muttu Project)
- E-waste collection and recycling drives
- Cleanliness drives (CleanUp Yatra)
- Plantation drives
- Volunteer-led teaching in math, English, and computers
- Frequent meetups and on-ground events with schedules varying by initiative
