Buzz Women

Buzz Women is a global nonprofit movement by and for women, created to enable underserved women to access critical knowledge, skills, and opportunities at their doorstep. Founded in 2012, Buzz Women brings transformation within reach, empowering women to grow confidence, financial literacy, climate awareness, and community leadership. The movement disrupts traditional donor-funded gender justice by engaging local anchors and sustaining long-term community change. Its mission is to reach 10 million women, helping them become confident change-makers in their lives and communities. Buzz Women operates from Bengaluru, Karnataka, and has expanded to The Gambia, Georgia, Tanzania, and Ukraine. It crafts interventions like training and coaching under the pillars of Cash, Care, Climate, Community, and Confidence, serving women in poverty and encouraging holistic development.
