About This Community
VOSD Trust™ is India’s largest organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and lifelong care of stray and abandoned dogs. Since its inception, it has rescued over 30,000 dogs and houses 1,700+ dogs in its sanctuary, providing sophisticated medical care for free. The community is for anyone who wants to support humane treatment and lifelong care of dogs, especially those with special needs or who are survivors of abuse. Founded by Rakesh Shukla, VOSD aims to be the dog's best friend and a permanent safe haven.
