About This Community
Founded in 2021 and based in Bengaluru, TheatreNama is a performance art theatre community that aims to bring the magic of theatre to everyone. The group was founded by Aashish Rana (Bawa) to ensure no passionate individual faces the struggle he did in finding a theatre platform in Bangalore. They offer immersive experiences that nurture creativity and passion for the stage, providing both acting classes and comprehensive theatre workshops. Their diverse ensemble showcases new talent and delivers a varied mix of genres from comedies to thrillers, murder mysteries, mythological, and patriotic plays. The community welcomes individuals from all walks of life, whether seasoned performers or complete beginners.
