About This Community
Second Chance Sanctuary India is a registered charitable trust in Bangalore dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs, mainly those abandoned, abused, or surrendered. Founded in 2022 by animal welfare veterans, their mission is to create awareness about pet adoption, foster responsible pet ownership, and support animal welfare. The trust is gradually expanding its efforts to include other animals. It is supported by passionate trustees and volunteers, and has successfully rehomed hundreds of dogs in the city and beyond.
What We Do
- City-wide and outstation dog adoption drives
- Workshops on animal welfare, pet care, fostering, and responsible ownership
