HSR Reads

HSR Reads is a Bengaluru-based outdoor reading community gathering every Saturday morning at Hemavathi Park in HSR Layout. The club invites readers of all ages and backgrounds to bring a mat, a book, and relax in nature for several hours of silent or shared reading. The purpose is to foster a love for reading, normalize quiet public reading, and encourage peaceful weekend rituals. The atmosphere is laid-back—some weeks feature more discussion; on others, members simply read quietly beneath the trees. Community members often bring snacks, share book recommendations, and celebrate milestones together. No registration, fees, or WhatsApp groups—just show up!
