About This Community
A Green Venture is a Bangalore-based initiative founded in 2016 by Kavya Chandra to reconnect people of all ages (kids, parents, schools, families, professionals) to nature through immersive experiences. The community organizes guided tree walks, farm visits, nature play sessions, and educational workshops to promote nature-based learning, sustainability, and healthy living. Their focus is to bridge the gap between nature education and hands-on eco-experiences, helping people bond, celebrate, and reflect in natural spaces across the city.
